欢迎您使用 Dora AI（以下简称"本应用"或"本服务"）！本服务协议（以下简称"本协议"）是您（以下简称"用户"或"您"）与成都多纳科技有限公司（以下简称"我们"或"开发者"）之间关于使用本应用及相关服务所订立的协议，而非与 Apple Inc.（以下简称"Apple"）之间的协议。我们（而非 Apple）是本应用的唯一责任方。
Dora AI 是一款 AI 驱动的个人决策助手应用（以下简称"本服务"），通过智能对话和个性化分析帮助您做出日常决策，主要提供以下功能：
我们保留随时修改、中断或终止部分或全部服务的权利。当我们进行重大变更时，我们会尽力提前通知您，但这并非总是可行的。
您可以随时直接删除您的账号。您可以通过以下方式操作：
账号删除后：
本应用提供自动续费订阅服务（"Dora AI Pro"），为您解锁更多高级功能和服务。订阅方案包括但不限于月度订阅和年度订阅，具体方案及价格以 Apple App Store 或 Google Play Store 内的应用购买页面显示为准。
我们可能提供限时免费试用期。
您可以随时取消订阅。取消后，您仍可使用已付费期限内的服务。取消方式：
取消订阅不等于删除账号。如需完全删除账号和数据，请参见第 2.3 条。
我们保留调整订阅价格的权利。价格变更将在您下一个续费周期生效，我们会提前通知您。
您不得：
本应用的所有内容，包括但不限于文字、图片、图表、软件、音频、视频、商标、标识等，均受知识产权法律保护，归我们或相关权利人所有。
我们授予您一项有限的、非排他性的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，允许您在您拥有或控制的 Apple 品牌产品及其他设备上，出于个人、非商业目的使用本应用，且须遵守 Apple 媒体服务条款中的使用规则。通过"家人共享"或批量购买关联的其他账号也可访问和使用本应用。
如发生任何第三方知识产权侵权索赔，我们（而非 Apple）将负责调查、辩护、和解及解除该索赔。
本应用及其内容按"现状"和"可用"的基础提供，不作任何明示或暗示的保证，包括但不限于对适销性、特定用途适用性和非侵权的暗示保证。
我们不保证：
如本应用未能符合任何适用保证，您可以通知 Apple，Apple 将退还购买价格。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Apple 不承担任何其他保证义务。
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何直接、间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损害不承担责任。
我们负责为本应用提供维护和支持服务。您和我们均确认，Apple 没有义务提供本应用的任何维护和支持服务。
我们（而非 Apple）负责处理与本应用相关的任何用户或第三方索赔，包括但不限于：
我们重视您的隐私保护。关于我们如何收集、使用、存储和保护您的个人信息，请参阅我们的《隐私政策》。
您声明并保证：
我们保留随时修改本协议的权利。修改后的协议将在本应用内公布，您继续使用本应用即表示您接受修改后的协议。
如果您不同意修改后的协议，您应立即停止使用本应用。
您可以随时停止使用本应用、取消订阅并删除账号。
在以下情况下，我们有权立即终止或暂停您对本应用的访问：
您和我们确认并同意，Apple 及其子公司是本协议的第三方受益人（就本应用的许可而言）。您接受本协议的条款和条件后，Apple 将有权（并被视为已接受该权利）作为第三方受益人对您强制执行本协议。
在使用本应用时，您须遵守适用的第三方协议条款。例如，如您通过 Apple App Store 使用本应用，您须遵守 Apple 媒体服务条款和条件。
本协议的订立、执行和解释均适用中华人民共和国法律（不包括港澳台地区）。
因本协议引起的或与本协议相关的任何争议，双方应首先通过友好协商解决。协商不成的，任何一方均可向四川省成都市高新技术产业开发区有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
本协议（包括隐私政策）构成您与我们之间关于使用本应用的完整协议。
如果本协议的任何条款被认定为无效或不可执行，该条款应在最低限度内进行修改以使其有效，其余条款仍具有完全效力。
我们未能执行本协议的任何条款，不构成对该条款或任何其他条款的弃权。

Welcome to Dora AI (the "App" or "Service"). This Terms of Service agreement ("Terms") is between you ("User" or "you") and Chengdu Dora Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "Developer"), and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content.
Dora AI is an AI-powered personal decision-making assistant that helps you make daily decisions through intelligent conversation and personalized analysis. Key features include:
The App offers auto-renewable subscription service ("Dora AI Pro") that unlocks additional features. Subscription plans (including monthly and annual options) and their prices are as displayed on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store purchase page at the time of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to subscription features until the end of your current billing period.
Canceling your subscription does not delete your account. To fully delete your account and data, see Section 5 below.
You must be at least 16 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with parental or guardian consent.
You can delete your account at any time directly within the App: Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account. You may also email info@doratech.cn. Upon deletion, all personal data will be permanently deleted. This action is irreversible. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — you must cancel it separately via the External Service.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
We are solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App. You and we acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any user or third-party claims relating to the App, including but not limited to: product liability claims; any claim that the App fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements; and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we (not Apple) will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
You represent and warrant that: (a) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You and we acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as related to your license of the App, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App. For example, when using the App through the Apple App Store, you must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan).
